This kit comprises of a new hex shear shaft assembly, an installation bushing and a complete installation instructions to repair your KitchenAid pasta roller attachment. The brass hex shear shaft is CNC machined to tight tolerances to ensure it fails when overloaded and not during normal operation. The installation is very simple and the tools required are: 1) a
Phillips
head screw driver (PH1), 2) a pair of pliers or wire cutters, and 3) a small hammer (2OZ). Replacing the hex shear shaft takes as little as 5 minutes!
