    Description

    Ampia Model SP150 pasta maker with chrome finish to kneed and roll sheets of pasta dough, with two built-in cutters for spaghetti, tagliatelle and fettuccine. Included is a clamp and handle.  The instructions are in Italian on an inside flap of the box.  We've included a 171-page Pasta Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German that includes instructions in English for a similar hand-crank pasta maker.  Additional instructions and recipes are available on-line.
    The pasta maker is in very good condition with just a few minor scratches in the finish, pre-owned but apparently barely used.  The box and book have some wear.
