FITMENT
Most of the manufacturers we sell can be found on-line or in stores. We do our best to provide as much information as we can, on every item we sell, but we cannot provide a sizing chart on every item for sale, or measurements (although, we try).
LOCAL BUYERS
Unless it is mentioned in the listing, we do not allow orders to be picked up, even if you live down the street. We don't have a store-front, nor the staff to be available to wait for a buyer. We do, however, have limited over-sized parts, that we do make exceptions for (details provided on those specific listings).
Please don't ask to see the item in person, or ask if you can check if it will fit you. Those requests will be denied.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any signs of wear or damage will result in a partial refund, up to 50% of the cost of the item.
If we have made an error with the listing, or if you receive something different than what is in the picture, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE RIGHT AWAY. Mistakes can happen and we take full responsibility for any errors we have made, and will make sure the problem is corrected, to your satisfaction.
Please be advised that it is the buyer's responsibility to select the right return option. We will not be responsible for the cost of the return if the buyer selects the option where the buyer pays for the return.
U.S. Border Countries/Freight Forwarder
- If your order was mailed to a Domestic Shipping Center/Freight Forwarder and we made a mistake with your order, we will only cover the domestic shipping costs, to return the order. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

PAYMENT/SHIPPING
Prompt payment is appreciated and
most
orders are sent out the same day (with the exception of weekend orders & national holidays).
Our cut-off time to ship orders is 2pm, PST. Orders received after 2 o'clock will go out the next day.
We accept all forms of payment, including PayPal.
If there is a problem with your order, we will message you through eBay messaging. If response is not received after 48 hours, the order may be canceled.
We will make up to 3 attempts to collect payment, if payment is not received within 24 hours. After the 3rd attempt, an Unpaid Item Claim will be filed.
We can hold unpaid items for 3 days, including the day of winning a bid. Items that have been paid can be held for 7 days.
COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping is available on most items. Please send us a message if interested.
Depending on the size and number of items you want to purchase, we may not be able to provide you a shipping fee up front. Please provide us the id numbers, of the items you would like to purchase, to help us determine a shipping rate for you. The shipping rate will be an estimated rate, as we won't know the true cost to ship the order, until the order has been processed.
