Antique 18th C. Chinese Tea Caddy With Stand
Unusual Antique Chinese Tea Caddy from the 1700’s
Made in wood with metal accent rings toward the top and bottom.
Decorated in dramatic red, black and gold with
Carved and raised figural designs.
Measures 15” high, top diameter 12.5”,
circumference in middle is 48”.
Beautifully carved and sturdy stand measures 24” high.
This is an old antique that has wear.
It is in good condition for something this old.
Bottom metal strip is a little loose.
You can see lines where pieces of wood come together
and other wear.
It is still a very striking piece!
