Photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely old. I am guessing 1920s, could be earlier, possibly later, but the best I can figure is 1920s. Is a beautiful antique tool, the blade is about 4 inches long up to the wooden PERFECT HANDLE. You can see in photo number 3, the words "HARLO GERMANY", and in photo number four it looks like there may be a little bit of something after the word "GERMANY". Zoom in on it and see for yourself what you think. I believe this is a fairly rare version of the PERFECT HANDLE screwdriver. I don't find anything on eBay tied to HARLO GERMANY, and I really don't see much, if anything, when I do a GOOGLE search. Again, this is a beautiful collectible, antique tool. The photos are the description, please use the zoom feature and ask any questions you may have.
