The Asec A2 Mortice Electric Release With Delayed Action is fitted within the door frame and when used in conjunction with a latch allows the door to be unlocked remotely as part of an access control system. The delayed action mean that once the button has been pressed to operate the release it will wait until the door has been opened and closed before it re-locks. When powered, this unit will stay unlocked until the door has been opened and will then re-lock when closed. Low duty. Fail Locked.
