Instructions for use
1. stopwatch timing Press STOP key to start timing, then press STOP key to stop timing (repeatedly press STOP key to start/stop repeatedly), press REST key to zero.
2. Segment Timer Press STOP to start timing, press REST to display the first time period; press STOR to stop timing, press REST to display the second time period, then press REST to reset to zero.
3. Time, Calendar, Alarm Display Press MODE button until display shows normal walking, press STOP button to display month, day, week; press REST button to display alarm time; press and hold REST button and STOP button at the same time to cancel/keep alarm.
4. Set time and calendar Press MODE button 3 times in normal running state, the seconds in normal running time will flash. This enters the time setting mode, press STOP button to set the number (long press, set the number quickly), press REST button to select seconds, minutes, hours, day, month, week, A/ P (12-hour system, A for AM, P for PM, H for 24-hour system) as the adjustment object. After adjustment, press MODE key to return to time display mode.
5. Set alarm in normal operation state press MODE key twice, hour and day will flash simultaneously to enter alarm setting mode; press REST key to select minute and hour, press STOP key to change minute and hour, press MODE key to return to time display; in normal operation state, long press REST key, press STOP key at the same time, alarm symbol appears/disappears, alarm hold/cancel; at the same time Press MODE key, the hour symbol (7 characters from Sunday to Saturday) appears/disappears, and the hour report is kept/cancelled.
