    Hi, Im Gary. Gymboss Timers started in 2001 due this one simple thought I had while working out in my home gym There must be an easier and more accurate way to time my rest between sets. From this one spontaneous thought came Gymboss, which started very humbly in my basement in Michigan, USA.
