    This is a new t-shirt with tags. This is a city tee prior to 2010. (There is a small hole - on the crease to the right of the logo on the front and half way down.)  It has not been worn.  It has been in a box for a few years as part of a collection. It might have some yellowing which can be removed from clothing (Borax or lemon juice used correctly removes yellowing).    Retail prices on these collectible shirts were between - each.  Some of these are rare.
