Jacket is in great condition. Padding in elbows, shoulders, and back. All Velcro, zippers, buttons are accounted for and in working order. No rips, holes, or tears. A thicker windbreaker zips out of this jacket, and then a thin padded vest can zip out of the windbreaker.
