    Description

This is a pair of long white evening gloves with tiny pearl button fasteners that were owned and Worn By Actress Marilyn Monroe. These gloves have three pearl button fasteners on inside wrist. They are from the Personal Collection of Famed Hollywood Wardrobe Man & Costumer Kent Warner. This Purse is in Excellent condition for the age. Winner will receive a Personal letter typed on typing paper and signed in ink by Mr. Warner dated in 1979 stating how he came to own this item that belonged to Ms. Monroe. The letter is signed and dated and Notarized.
Mr. Warner is best known for his involvement with the Ruby Slippers during the time of the 1970 MGM Costume Wardrobe Sale and creating a market for Hollywood Memorabilia. Sadly Mr. Warner past away  the 1980's from complications from the AIDS virus. He was in the process of selling all of his memorabilia to pay for his Medical Bills in the last years when he passed.
My late son met and bought a number of items personally from Mr. Warner's collection in the late 1970's and early 1980's before his death. I am selling all of my late son's collection to pay for his end of life/estate expenses. I am 93 years old and really don't know very much about this industry, other than what I have written here. I am not looking to get rich from his items just recoup his original investment.
