North Brothers YANKEE No. 31A Spiral Ratchet Screwdriver Antique  pat. date 1923.
Vintage old tool It has Tarnishing and rust all normal due to its age. See photos. Some small dents. It can use a cleaning.
I am not sure if this screwdriver is supposed to have a Spring in the handle when you take the cap off it does not push backup because there is no Spring. But otherwise it works like it should.
I have another listing up for sale that is similar to this with a different model number and it has a Spring. Again this screwdriver has no Spring.

I actually found this inside of an old man's workshop he is 92 years old. He used to own multiple Car dealerships he is now long retired  And enjoying life.
