Abstract:
Rolling and cutting Italian pasta at home to make traditional pasta. Nothing is better than fresh authentic homemade pasta, making it easy to make 3 pasta shapes, lasagna, lasagna and tagliolini. The adjustment knob makes it easy to control the thickness of the dough and evenly roll the homemade dough for consistent texture, cooking time and mouth-feel. Rolled pasta cooks more evenly and absorbs more delicious sauces. Knead the dough to a width of 150 mm and quickly select 7 different thickness settings. With a paper thickness between 0.5 mm and 2.5 mm, you can quickly personalize the pasta to each recipe.
How To Set and Adjust the Dial:
Don’t forget to “Pull the Knob” then rotate the it. There are 6 holes on the inner surface of knob and one bulge opposite to 6 holes. This bulge will be inserted into one hold to hold the setting.
How To Prepare the Machine for Use:
Fix the machine onto the table with the clamp provided and insert the handle into the roller hole.
When using the machine for the first time, clean it with a dry cloth to remove any excess oil.
To clean the rollers, pass a small quantity of dough through them and then throw the dough away.
Note:
There is Vaseline on the roller which is to prevent rusting. First use, clean the Vaseline with a wet cloth. Then using a dough to pass through the roller and cutter to clean them, and throw away the dough, the dough for the first use cannot be eaten!
Keep the machine dry all the time especially before storage.
