Th Museum is pleased to present material from the Geoffry Drake Collection. Geoffrey was an Oscar / BAFTA nominated Production Designer, Art Director and Visual Efx Artist on classic hits like Jason and the Argonauts, Sinbad and Eye of the Tiger, Bridge on the River Kwai, Guns of Navarrone and more. Geoffrey’s collection also contains material from George Drake, his father, who was an artist and visual efx man for Disney in the 1930’s. The Drakes operated a boutique prop, wardrobe and efx manufacturing operation. Other maker's film materials were also found in storage with their collection. Each piece from this archive comes with a COA from the Museum of Mom and Pop Culture to ensure the Drake family provenance.
*This lot is for a very cool, Ancient World / Sword and Sandal Decor group - It's a mini-collection of vintage and original Movie Wardrobe / Prop elements - These do not appear to have been screen-used - But they were created for film, are vintage and were in storage for decades - The period of the vintage material found in the Drake collection ranges from 1950's to 1970's ~
*SIZE: The pieces are appx. 5 inches tall - You get 2 colorful discs and 2 finely crafted snakes ( one snake has backgroud and the other is open on inside - so slightly different) - Pieces such as these would have been attached to anything from wardrobe and armor, to props and furniture like chests and chairs - Gorgeous old Hollywood pieces make for a handsome display in your pagan palace!
*MATERIALS: Hand-Made - Cast rubber and latex - Made to look like precious metal on screen - Don't miss this lot!
*OVERALL CONDITION: Very Fine - Discs do not appear to have been used - the snakes may have been, but were removed for later re-use -

We use USPS, therefore International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 days for your item to be delivered.
If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.
Insurance is required on international purchases to ensure your item gets to you safely.
We claim the value of the package by the price at which the auction ends. We are sorry, but we cannot under-value your shipment or claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees.
