Carved estate pipe.  The pipe is marked as follows:

Please see the photos as I tried to capture everything about the pipe.  This is an unsmoked billiard pipe with an interesting band carved into the upper bowl.  The gold colored band on the shank is decorative.  This might be a hobby carver or someone just starting out.  Although the proportions and balance look perfect.  Nothing to list as far as issues as it is new and nice.  Light brown stain with light grain highlights.  Some darker stain in the valleys of the carving or rustication area.
Nice open draw and easily passes the pipe cleaner test.  The length of the pipe is 6 1/8" and the pipe weighs 1.8 oz.  The outer bowl height is 1 7/8" and the outer bowl width is just over 1 1/4".
