Vintage Aristo Apollo 14 1/2 Stopwatch in Box. Former owner is marked on back of case. 7 Jewels, shock resistant, and 1/10 second. It runs and seems to keep accurate time, but it is sold "AS IS" and you would want your own trusted watchmaker to examine it and clean and oil it, as necessary. You've seen this company on "60 Minutes" and perhaps you already know: "Aristo's history began in 1907, when watchmaker Julius Epple founded the 'Julius Epple K.G. ' (officially registered in 1936). in Pforzheim, Germany. Later the name changed into 'Aristo Uhren- und Uhrgehäuse Fabrik' and again later into 'Aristo Watch GmbH'."
