    Vintage Elgin "US GOVT" Lever 7 Jewels Antimagnetic Stopwatch 1/5 Sec Germany.
    Vintage German Elgin Watch Co US GOVT silver tone stopwatch. The stop watch features a white dial with 60 seconds and another dial with 30 mins. The watch doesn't seem to work properly, but it may just be my inexperience with watches. It could be working properly and I just don't know how to work it. Watch is self winding. Made in Germany. Great cosmetic condition. Case measures 54.9mm wide and 71.1mm tall including the crown.
