A Goodell - Pratt  no. 22 spiral ratchet screw driver.  In overall good or better used condition. Comes with 2 screw driver bits.  Box is fair with some wear overall and split corners.  There is also a small push drill included with a few small bits.  The shaft is marked Rhineland.
